Imrich was appointed CEO of JOB AIR Technic in 2024, bringing more than two decades of senior leadership experience across industrial manufacturing, transportation, and engineering. His career spans top management roles as CEO, COO, and Chief Production and Logistics Manager, with a consistent track record of improving operational performance and guiding companies through complex transitions.

Before joining JOB AIR Technic, he held leadership positions at several major industrial organizations, including the Tatravagonka Group and Železničné opravovne a strojárne Zvolen, where he managed large-scale railway modernization projects and greenfield investments. He has also supported international companies from Italy, Germany, and China with the relocation of their operations to Central Europe, gaining valuable expertise in start-ups, turnarounds, and organizational restructuring.

At JOB AIR Technic, Imrich is responsible for steering the company’s overall strategy and development. His focus is on strengthening operational performance, expanding service capabilities, and ensuring the company continues to deliver reliable MRO solutions for airlines, lessors, and partners worldwide.

Privately, a former bodybuilder, he now practices yoga and traditional Chinese herbal techniques.

Kaspars was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of JOB AIR Technic in 2024, bringing more than a decade of experience in aviation operations, production, and customer-facing leadership roles.

His career began in technical and production management, including senior positions at International Aerospace Coatings and Magnetic MRO, before expanding into broader commercial and strategic responsibilities. Prior to joining JOB AIR Technic, he led production and line maintenance teams at Magnetic MRO and later served as Head of Production at Magnetic Line in Amsterdam. These roles gave him extensive exposure to airline operations and the challenges of balancing technical reliability with cost efficiency in dynamic markets.

At JOB AIR Technic, Kaspars is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy. He focuses on building strong partnerships with airlines and lessors, optimizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring that JOB AIR Technic continues to deliver customer-focused maintenance solutions with competitive value in the global market.

Kaspars is always looking for physical activity. As an active runner, he regularly takes part in endurance events.

Mateusz joined JOB AIR Technic in 2015, starting his career on the technical side as a Structures Engineer before moving into project management and senior leadership. His experience spans the full aviation aftermarket, from redelivery management and workshop operations to commercial strategy and business development at the executive level.

Appointed Chief Business Development Officer in 2022, Mateusz leads the company’s growth initiatives, overseeing sales, training, and new service lines. He has been instrumental in launching JOB AIR Technic’s Services Department — including GO TEAM mobile support, spare parts trading, and component workshops — while also driving strategic projects such as the company’s first aircraft part-out program. With more than a decade of experience working across engineering, operations, and commercial functions, Mateusz brings a practical understanding of frontline technical challenges as well as the needs of airlines and lessors.

His focus is on aligning operational execution with strategic outcomes, ensuring JOB AIR Technic continues to expand its role as a reliable MRO partner in a competitive global market. Outside of work, Mateusz has been passionate about basketball for over 20 years and still plays it every week.

Jakub was appointed CEO of JOB AIR Technic in 2025. He brings over 18 years of experience in aviation maintenance, combining deep technical expertise with senior leadership across both operational and strategic roles.

In 2019, he joined JOB AIR Technic as Deputy Technical Director and was appointed Technical Director in 2021, subsequently becoming a member of the Management Board. In this role, he led the company’s technical organization, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence across both base and line maintenance.

Jakub began his career in line maintenance and has since held progressively senior positions in engineering and operations. Licensed on Airbus A320 family, A330, and Boeing 737 CL/NG, he gained extensive experience at Czech Airlines and Czech Airlines Technics, overseeing aircraft revisions in multiple countries.

As CEO, Jakub leads the company’s overall direction and development. With his strong engineering background and hands-on leadership style, he focuses on maintaining the company’s technical integrity while supporting its continued growth as a reliable MRO partner.

In his free time, Jakub enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his family.

Vít has been with JOB AIR Technic for more than 17 years and was appointed Compliance Monitoring Manager in 2019. He brings extensive experience across planning, engineering, quality, and production management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of MRO operations.

Earlier in his career, he held roles in maintenance planning and engineering, project management, and quality auditing, before moving into leadership positions within production planning and quality management. This broad background prepared him to take on responsibility for compliance oversight across JOB AIR Technic’s base maintenance, training, and CAMO activities.

As Compliance Monitoring Manager, Vít ensures adherence to a wide range of regulatory standards, including EASA Part 145, Part 147, and Part CAMO, as well as EMAR 145, FAA, TCCA, BCAA, and CAACI approvals. He also oversees compliance with AS 9100, AS 9110, and ISO 14001, safeguarding JOB AIR Technic’s quality and regulatory framework while supporting its continuous improvement.

Vít loves mountains and is an enthusiastic cyclist, he often spends weekends on his MTB and downhill bikes.

Libor was appointed Financial Director of JOB AIR Technic in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in financial planning, controlling, and reporting across large industrial organizations.

His career has focused on building financial transparency, cost control, and process optimization to support sustainable business performance. Before joining JOB AIR Technic, he held controlling and financial analysis roles at Liberty and Arcelor Mittal Ostrava, where he was responsible for profitability analysis, budget preparation, forecasting, and cost efficiency projects. His experience also includes financial reporting and planning for investment and operational projects across complex industrial environments.

At JOB AIR Technic, Libor is responsible for financial management, planning, and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements while supporting the company’s long-term stability and growth. He works closely with the management board to align financial performance with JOB AIR Technic’s operational and strategic objectives.

A former baseball referee, he remains active in the sport as a dedicated fan.

Ondřej joined JOB AIR Technic in 2025 as HR Director, bringing more than a decade of progressive human resources leadership across manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors. His career spans roles from HR consulting and recruitment to senior management positions overseeing large workforces and complex HR processes.

Before joining JOB AIR Technic, he served as Head of the Human Resources Department at Tawesco, following senior HR manager roles at Alfa Plastik and TON. Jakub built a strong track record in setting up personnel processes, leading negotiations with employee representatives, and implementing training, assessment, and performance management systems.

At JOB AIR Technic, Ondřej is responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, supporting over 450 employees. He focuses on talent development, workforce planning, and strengthening HR processes to ensure that JOB AIR Technic continues to attract, develop, and retain the skilled professionals needed to deliver high-quality MRO services.

Outside of work, Ondřej enjoys swimming and fitness, as well as spending time outdoors and exploring new places.
